Overview
The Pull Data node enables you to connect FluxPrompt workflows with Google Services to retrieve data from Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides. This node provides secure authentication and flexible data extraction options to integrate your Google workspace content into automated workflows.
Google Authentication
Initial Connection
Connect to Google Services for data access:
Authentication Required: Must authenticate with Google before accessing data
Secure Connection: Uses Google's OAuth system for secure access
Permission Grants: Requests necessary permissions to read your Google documents
Authentication Process
When setting up the connection:
Database Section: Click the authentication prompt to begin Google login
Login Window: A new window opens for Google account authentication
Permission Review: Review and grant permissions for data access
Account Selection: Choose the appropriate Google account if multiple are available
Refresh Google Connection
Maintain and update your Google connection:
Refresh Google Button: Update available documents and refresh authentication
Connection Status: Verify connection to Google Services
Re-authentication: Reconnect if authentication expires

Select a Spreadsheet: Choose from available Google Sheets in your account

Sheet Selection
Navigate within selected spreadsheets:
Select a Sheet: Choose specific worksheets within the spreadsheet
Multiple Sheets: Access different tabs within the same spreadsheet file
Sheet Names: Display actual sheet names from your Google Sheets
Data Range Configuration (Optional)
Define specific data areas for extraction:
Select Area Field: Specify cell ranges using A1 notation
Example Format: "A1:Z40" for extracting specific cell ranges
Flexible Ranges: Extract entire sheets or specific data sections
