Accessing Your Profile and Theme Settings

1. Open FluxPrompt.

2. Locate your avatar and name in the top left corner of the interface.

3. Click on your avatar to open a menu where you can:

- Change your theme from dark to light or vice versa according to your preference.

- Log out of the application.

Navigating the Interface

1. Next to your profile, find a button that toggles the visibility of your navigation panel.

2. Click this button once to hide the navigation panel and click again to bring it back.

Configuring Settings

1. Underneath the toggle for navigation, locate and click on 'Settings'.

2. In settings, you can manage:

- Profile settings

- Company billing information

- AI configurations

Customizing AI Configurations

1. To customize AI configurations, select 'AI configurations' within settings.

2. You will see options for different AI models such as Google, Llama, Perplexity, Anthropic, etc.

3. If you wish to change from the default (e.g., GPT-4), create a new configuration by selecting 'Create New'.

4. After setting up a new configuration, every time you drag out text generators or other AI tools, they will use the configuration you selected.

Managing Folders and Flows

1. Below settings is where all of your folders and flows are displayed.

2. To add a new folder, click on the plus sign near your existing folders.

3. To add a document within a folder:

- Hover over a folder title until new buttons appear.

- Click on the plus sign to add a new flow.

- Use the three-dot icon next to it for options like updating or deleting that folder.

Editing Flows

1. For actions related to individual flows:

- Click on the three-dot icon next to a flow for options like renaming, sharing, opening in a new tab, duplicating or deleting it.

Organizing Flows

1. To move flows around:

- Simply click and drag them to their new desired location within the interface.

Adjusting View Options

1. At the bottom of FluxPrompt:

- Use plus (+) and minus (-) signs for zooming in and out respectively or use your mouse wheel.

- Click an icon resembling four corners to fit your entire flow into view for better visibility of nodes and connections.

Locking Nodes and Changing Backgrounds

1. To lock all nodes in place so they cannot be moved accidentally:

- Use the lock icon found at bottom controls.

2. To change background color or set gradients:

- Select from color options presented after clicking on background settings.

Using Chatbots

1. On right side is chat functionality which can be used for assistance while creating flows or prompts.

2. Engage with chatbots by typing questions or commands directly into this area.

Using Canvas Tools (Nodes)

1. Your main workspace is referred to as 'canvas'.

2. The toolbar contains various tools categorized accordingly which can be dragged onto canvas as needed.

3. Select categories from toolbar then drag desired generators onto canvas; reselect category if you want close tool list.

Saving Your Work

1.Look at top area where document title is displayed; make sure it matches with what's shown in browser tab if applicable.

2.Use save button located nearby top area; note that autosave feature may replace manual saving soon according current updates mentioned in reference content.
