This guide will provide you with a basic understanding of the functionalities and features available in FluxPrompt.

Updated over 3 months ago

Dashboard Overview

Upon accessing the dashboard, you'll find several key components:

- Flows: Access your existing flows or view recently opened ones.

- Text Generator, Image Generator, Image Reader: Explore these tools to understand their functionalities.

- Nodes: Learn more about different nodes by visiting our website for detailed information.

Getting Started

To begin using FluxPrompt, follow these steps:

Creating a New Flow

1. Navigate to your flows.

2. Create a new flow either from an existing folder or directly by selecting "New Flow."

3. Choose between storing it in a specific folder or within the large memory space.

Global Node

Each new flow begins with a global node connected automatically to a text generator. This is where you can start building your workflow.

Workflow Components

FluxPrompt allows interaction with various elements:

- Text Interaction: Generate and manipulate text data.

- Image Interaction: Handle image-related processes.

- Audio Creation: Develop workflows involving audio generation.

- Data Tools: Utilize tools for diverse data operations.

- Web Tools: Connect with multiple APIs via web search and web scraping functionalities.

- Functions: Modify flow directions through various tool functions.

- External API Creation: Develop custom APIs not available in default web or data files.

Connecting Nodes

When constructing workflows, it's crucial to understand node connectors:

- Workflow Connectors (Solid Lines): Define execution order from one node to another (e.g., Global Node -> Text Generator).

- Text Connectors (Dotted Lines): Transfer text output between nodes. Text output can be sent from one node to many others, while inputs can accept multiple connections.

- To connect nodes simply click and drag from the output connection point to the input connection point.

- To disconnect nodes you can double click on the line next to the connection point or click on the trash icon next to the input preview.

Advanced Features

Explore advanced settings within the global node:

- API Connection: Integrate external APIs into your workflow for extended functionality.

- Auto Triggering: Schedule flows to run at specific times or intervals automatically, enabling continuous operation without manual intervention.

Conclusion

By chaining nodes together and utilizing connectors efficiently, you can automate complex processes within FluxPrompt. Experiment with different configurations and explore additional resources on our website for more detailed examples and use cases.
