Updated over 2 months ago

Welcome to the FluxPrompt Dashboard! In this guide, we'll walk you through the key features and functionalities of our dashboard, ensuring you can make the most of your experience.

Accessing Your Dashboard

To get started, simply click on the FluxPrompt logo located in the top left corner of your screen. This will take you directly to your dashboard where all your tools are accessible.

Exploring Templates

One of the standout features of FluxPrompt is its extensive library of templates. To access over a hundred free templates:

  1. Navigate to the Templates option at the top left corner.

  2. Click on it to explore various categories and select templates that best suit your needs.

These templates are designed to help you quickly set up and streamline your workflows.

If you're new to FluxPrompt or looking to enhance your skills, we offer several learning resources:

  • Blogs: Gain insights and tips from our detailed blog posts.

  • Videos: Watch step-by-step tutorials that cover everything from basic setups to advanced features.

Both resources are easily accessible from within your dashboard, ensuring you have all the information you need right at your fingertips.

Getting Immediate Help

For real-time assistance, our AI-powered FluxBots are here to help:

  1. Click on the chat bubble located in the lower right corner of your screen.

  2. Type in your query and receive instant support from our intelligent bots.

This feature ensures that help is always available whenever you need it.

Managing Your Flows

Your dashboard allows for seamless management of all your workflows (Flows). Using the menu on the left side, you can:

  • View: See all existing Flows.

  • Create: Start new Flows from scratch or using templates.

  • Edit: Modify existing Flows as per evolving requirements.

  • Share: Send a copy of your Flow to other users.

Important Note About Sharing Flows

When you share a Flow with another user, you are sending them a copy of your Flow, not providing collaborative access to your original Flow. This means:

  • The recipient receives their own independent copy of the Flow

  • Any changes the recipient makes to their copy will not affect your original Flow

  • Your Flow remains unchanged regardless of modifications made by others to their copies

  • Each user works independently on their own version of the Flow

This approach ensures that your original workflows remain intact and under your control while still allowing you to share your work with others who can then customize their copy to meet their specific needs.

Searching for Flows

To quickly locate specific Flows:

  1. Use the search bar at the top of your screen.

  2. Enter keywords related to your Flow's name for instant results.

This makes navigating through multiple workflows efficient and straightforward.

Additional Features

Besides managing Flows, there are several other elements you can create and utilize:

FluxBots

Automate tasks by creating custom AI bots tailored to specific functions within your workflow.

Uploads

Store and manage files necessary for various projects directly within FluxPrompt.

Objects

Create reusable components that can be integrated into different Flows for consistency and efficiency.

Vector Memory

Utilize advanced memory storage options to enhance data retrieval processes across different Flows.

All these options are available in the menu on the left side, making it easy for users to build comprehensive workflows without leaving their dashboard environment.
