Overview
The AI Video Generator node enables you to create videos through three distinct methods: converting text descriptions directly into video content, animating static images, or transforming existing videos into new variations. This node integrates seamlessly into FluxPrompt workflows and supports multiple AI models for different video generation needs.
Video Generation Modes
The AI Video Generator offers multiple creation modes to suit different input types and creative needs:
Text to Video
Purpose: Generate videos directly from text descriptions
Input: Written prompts describing the desired video content
Best for: Creating entirely new video content from scratch
Image to Video
Purpose: Transform static images into animated videos
Input: Starting image plus descriptive prompts
Requirements: Start Image field for the base image
Best for: Bringing static visuals to life with motion
Video to Video
Purpose: Transform existing videos into new variations
Input: Starting video, ending video (optional), plus prompts
Requirements:
Start Image field for the initial video frame
End Image field for the final video frame (optional)
Best for: Video-to-video transformations and style transfers
Configuration Sections
Prompt Section
The heart of your video creation process begins in the "Prompt" section. The text box displays placeholder text "Connect or type a description of the video you want to generate" - simply type over this placeholder to enter your video description.
Direct Input: Type directly into the text box to replace the placeholder text
Input Connection: Connect to other workflow nodes for dynamic prompt generation
Best Practices: Be as detailed or broad as you like; this input guides the AI in crafting content that aligns with your creative goals
Start Image (Image to Video & Video to Video modes)
When using Image to Video or Video to Video modes, the Start Image section becomes available:
URL Input: Enter an image URL (e.g., "https://assets-app.fluxprompt.ai/example.png")
Upload Option: Click "Connect or Upload Image" to upload an image directly
Connection Point: Input connector for receiving images from other workflow nodes
End Image (Video to Video mode only)
For Video to Video transformations, you can optionally specify an ending frame:
URL Input: Enter an ending image URL
Upload Option: Click "Connect or Upload Video" to upload a video file
Connection Point: Input connector for receiving ending frames from other workflow nodes
Purpose: Defines the target appearance for the final frame of the transformation
Advanced Settings
